Then your Membership page can have an Elementor Posts/Loop Grid showing only posts from the Member Spotlight category.
That is the important part: you don't have to manually recreate the spotlight card every time.
When you publish a new Member Spotlight post, it can automatically appear in your Membership Spotlight grid.
Don't call the WordPress category simply Membership.
Use:
Category: Member Spotlight
Then keep:
Membership = the actual membership program/page.
This keeps your WordPress content organized as EntryPoint grows.
